We humbly serve the citizens of Independence, Maple Plain and Medina by providing Emergency Medical Services, Car Crash Response, Fire Suppression and Protection and Public Safety Education. The Men and Women of Maple Plain Fire train sacrificially to help you and your loved ones in a time of need!

Maple Plain Fire Department

Commuters through WHPS this morning will experience delays, road conditions are poor, MNDOT is actively working to treat roads, however due to the low temps and snow/ice pack they likely will not improve until the sun comes out and temps rise.

Remember to adjust your speeds and increase following distance.
Turn your headlights on, remember "auto" light setting may not turn on your lights so manually turn your lights on to ensure others can see you.
